The insurance industry frequently needs the translations of legal documents, from policies and applications to contracts, claims forms, birth certificates, death certificates, medical examiner's reports, police reports, private investigators reports, ID documents, payment receipts, court's rulings, etc.

InterTrans Center has extensive experience in the accurate translation of new policies and amendments or annexes to existing policies. Because of the background of our personnel and associates in the Life and Health insurance industry, we not only have a profound knowledge of the required terminology, but are also aware of need for absolute clarity of the concepts and wording in our work. No single item in the translation should allow for the slightest difference in interpretation from the letter and/or the spirit of the original document.

Inspection Reports are usually conducted by phone complying with a form provided by the insurance company. At InterTrans Center we have developed a system by which we confirm the content and make additions and/or corrections to the information provided in the application for insurance. The average time for this is about 10 to 15 minutes.

We cover personal, medical, business and financial profiles, including but not limited to applicant's data, banking facilities, foreign travels, hazardous sports or activities, driving record, lifestyle, present physical condition and family and personal medical history. All information about the applicant's business or employment, yearly income, itemized assets and liabilities and the resulting net worth information are also collected and recorded.

Payment mode: All translation must be paid by check, money-order or by PayPal upon delivery or at any other date if there is a previous Client-InterTrans agreement.

Warranty: The quality of InterTrans translation services is guaranteed. If for any reason an error is detected by the client or a different word or phrase is more to their liking we will correct the error or make the text change at no extra charge. There is a 10 day time limit after delivery of the translation for the correction of errors or text changes. Quality will not be considered to be valid reason for non-payment.

Cancellations: A translation request can be cancelled at any time. If the cancellation takes place after the translation is in progress the client will receive and will be charged for the portion of the translation that has been completed.

Availability and Scheduling: Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Except for major projects, our normal turn-around time is within 72 hours after receipt of the document to be translated. On an individual basis, arangements can be made for faster turnaround time (additional fees may apply).

Back Translations: InterTrans provides back translations under the same terms and conditions of a regular first time translation.
